I had a wartrakk kit that was lying in my room collecting dust everyday I said I will make it tomorow it never happened, but today I said to myself you are going to make that wartrakk today!!
So here I am begining with my first real conversion ever.
Bring it on!

I began with cutting the front pieces of the wartrakk from the sprue and assembled them.
I then cutted of the drivers legs, I did not intent on using the drivers torso so I used a boyz torso from a boyz boxed set.
I flattened the lower end of the boyz torso and glued it to the legs.
I then glued on of the two arms to the torso.
I glued the boy to the bike and voila the first piece of my skorcha was ready.

Critisisms are welcome.

Its funny because Ive made about 3 or so of my biker boys out of the front of thes old wartraks, so when I first saw this pic I thought you were doing that too, but turns out you have a much cooler project going! Good luck!

What is that other sauce I'm guessing mayo and tomato whats the third? I'm hungry and I could eat that just now.
Will be keeping an eye on this conversion , all going well at the moment.
Don't forget to eat the mould lines off those sausages.

That right arm looks too weedy - could you use a new boys arm with the existing trakk driver's glove on the end instead?

Otherwise looking nice. Have you worked out yet how to do your skorcha weapon?

I think I'm going to use two heavy flamers from the Imperial guard chimera and stick them to a turret made of plasticard.

The back end of the Trak looks exactly like what I've been looking for for a planned conversion... May need to pick up a pair of these.

Ah I see, the colours are the same, but the Belgium one is bigger!

I am interested to see how you turn the standard trakk into a more Orky vehicle.

Eetsmakelijk nog!

Remote Robot Heavy Weapons for my Mechanized IG, somewhat like TALONS with Lascannons. Praetorians(what I use for my First Platoon in Dress Uniform) are getting almost too hard to find and mine are lacking heavy weapons.

I know you haven't got to the whole turret section yet, but you could try and get the grot gunner that goes on the turret for the battlewagon in the new box set and have him actually driving/shooting the skorcha for you in the back section... just a random thought.... actually you could probably just use that whole turret from the battle wagon and attach the heavy flamers to it and that might work! Ive been meaning to make some skorchas myself so maybe if you dont try that I will and Ill post it. Either way bro, good luck and keep up the good work.
