This army is for a tourny that will mainly feature other CSM armies. Each of the Chaos gods will have an army. Also 1 space Marine and 1 Daemon Hunter Army will be playing. No Lash list will be used

Drop the predator and defiler and get more berzerkers in Rhino. You need to be able to overwhelm your opponent with berzerkers if you want to win with a Khorne Rhino rush.

I would turn the predator into a vindicator, and swap the lord's demon weapon for lightning claws if you must use a lord.

I would get 3 units of 2 obliteraters for either long range anti tank or deep strike and bust a tank and then add more berzerkers.

Hate Berzerkers in a Rhino. No assault ramps make Khorne cry.
I agree with the Chaos Lord comment above. If you are bringing one give him lightning claws. That Khorne Daemon weapon is a liability. I'd rather have 1 extra attack and re-rolls.

How about this alternative?
2x demon prince MoK, wings
3x 9 berzerkers and skullchamp with PF each mounted in LRs
7x raptors w/2 meltas
and all coming in at 1850 pts.

Daemon weapon of K is suck personified. Swap Lord for DP, or switch to LCs/ Wings.
You need 8x zerks/squad, or Khorne will kill you (8 is also optimal).
Switch Pred to Vindi, go for 2x Defiler instead of 1+3x oblits.
