I was disappointed to realize that there were only two ways to model the
unmounted High Elf wizard: standing on fire, standing on rocks.
Do you think the High Elf Archer torsos would be a good for a Wizard? I
was thinking of adding the cape for the mounted wizard and arms from the
High Elf Wizard sprues.
Thanks.

Mine came with regular feet, as well as the fire/air and balanced stone. I didn't recognize the bit at first, but made the connection when comparing it to where the feet meet the body.
As far as the HE archer torsos working for a wizard: I'm not sold on the idea, but it could work.

What harm can it do to find out? It's a question that left bruises down the centuries, even more than "It can't hurt if I only take one" and "It's all right if you only do it standing up." Terry Pratchett, Making Money
"Can a magician kill a man by magic?" Lord Wellington asked Strange. Strange frowned. He seemed to dislike the question. "I suppose a magician might," he admitted, "but a gentleman never could." Susanna Clarke Jonathan Strange & Mr. Norrell

There are quite a few people who use standard archers legs with a mage torso; they just need a little filing to fit snugly. If you have the dragon, you should have one spare mage torso as well.
If you're going to use the basic archer torso, the cape will be a minimum; add a few bits to make him look a bit more special.

Yeah, there were regular feet as well so you didn't have to put them on the fire or rocks.

I'll have to check. Too bad I didn't upload the sprue pictures
to the site yet.
Anyway, it'll be nice to have a different mage body as well. Extra comes with
the dragon you say?

The dragon comes with two sets of legs and three torsos. Two of the torsos are unarmoured, and they're both nicely detailed.

If you want the torsos from the dragon shoot me PM. I bought one for a conversion and don't need a lot of the elf stuff on it.

Thanks, Kid. I doubt I'll need it since I'll want to buy a dragon kit someday.

Has anyone tried merging Archer bottoms with Dragon mage tops? That might be
an interesting try.
