Anyone thought of using the Lash to pull bikes/specifically nob bikes into difficult terrain and force dangerous terrain tests to put on wounds?

This is just a sleepy idea I'm thinking of while sitting at work with nothing to do. I don't have my BGB handy and am not positive on the 5th edition wording for dangerous terrain testing. I also don't really know alot about the new ork codex. I just know a lot of thought goes into figuring out ways to put hurt on nob bikes.

Would they have to test the turn they are lashed into the dangerous terrain and when they decide to move out or only when they move out?

They would have to test on both-being moved in and when they want to move back out.

Thought about it and did it in the last event. two moves through difficult terrian followed by a lucky failure of the pinning test.

Yes. that is one of the viable uses of lash. I can honestly tell you that it really affects the morale of the ork player, too, having to roll a d6 for each bike... especially if he has each one kitted out differently, for wound allocation maximization.

My buddy has the UNTIMATE gamers set up in his basement. Three of us gather there regularly.

There's also The Miniature Market (www.miniaturemarket.com) on Watson. They have Friday night 40K and one tournament a month.

I'm in Festus, so I never played much at Mills. Too far away. Good guys there, though. It's a shame for them.
