Ok, here is an odd scenario...
If a librarian is in a rhino 'shooting' a the Vortex of Doom phychic attack out the Fire Point and fails his phychic test, what happens?
You are supposed to center the blast template over the libby. Would the attack hit the rhino or the libby and squad inside since blast templates are supposed to come from above?
No, I'm not trying to make cheese here, it was just an odd thought that came to me while playing a game with my libby cruising around in a Rhino (without the VoD power).

Librarian can't shoot vortex of doom unless the rhino hasn't moved, but I suppose you'd place the vortex over the vehicle.

Yeah id place it as close to center of the fire point on the vehicle and work it out from there.
