IG, and Eldar will make short work of all of your AV12 tanks / nuaghts, I would drop them for some more DSing termies, and a Landraider. Other than that it looks sound.

Personally id drop the Dreadanughts for more basic Troops in Rhinos.

Do you have any special weapons in the basic troops listed? Any champs or anything?

nah just marines
i was thinkn takn out the dreads and adding 5 terms with 1 reaper
then thinkn bout adding sum more marine and spliting the squads into 7 or 8 man squads
