A while ago, I wanted to try out the Blue Scribes in my army, and came up with a quick conversion idea which wouldn't involve paying $30 for a Lord of Tzeentch for the disc and then putting two horrors on top. I figured I try taking a large flying base, turing it upside down putting down a layer of green stuff to give it some detail.

I ended up finding two old blue horror models to use for the scribes, made some closed scrolls out of tooth picks and green stuff, and tried making some unrolled scrolls with more green stuff. I think this figure ends up being more of a 'first draft' than a 'work in progress', because the first feedback I got from my friends was "It needs more scrolls." So, a quick paint job to shade the base and color the parts, and I glued it together to play with.

So, does it need more scrolls?

Edit: Wow, it took forever to figure out that Firefox wasn't copying what I thought it was copying.

Standing right behind you...

Looks fine to me, I don't think hat you'd put the scrolls on the disc as that would divert attention from the actual model and make it look too cluttered. Maybe add another scroll or two onto the actual Disc Rider and a book?
And I don't like those horrors, they look to much like snotlings than daemons.
