I recently saw some pics of some older citadel miniatures.
I think games workshop should bring some of these good old races back like the Space Slann, the Zoats and of course the Squats .
Which one do you think should return?

None of them. But if I were forced at gunpoint, I'd choose Zoats. At least they're not a sci-fi port of a fantasy army.

You know, I was thinking the same thing. I was looking at pictures of the Berlin Wall and thinking, damn it, why don' t they bring that back. Them were the days. Commies were Red, good guys were blue, grass was green, East German men were men and so were East German women.

The past is the past. Think of it fondly, but let it rest. Why bother resurecting an old, poorly fleshed out GW race when they still have dark eldar?

They are a scifi port tho, zoats were originally a fantasy race, part of the woodelf army and the models for fantasy were around back in WD80s possibly further.

I'd love to see a counts as Eldar army using Slann and Lizardmen

Slann Mage Priests would make excellent Farseer + Jetbike proxies and any of the high save aspect warriors could be proxied using Saurus + bits.

Someone should sculpt some Saurus compatable sci-fi body parts like those cadian Compatable female Guardsmen.

Tru dat, yo. GW already has enough problems maintaining the existing races in the game - they shouldn't be looking to reintroduce any old ones any time soon.

Squats! I want 'em! I need 'em! And I aims ta' have 'em! Now that we have Apocalypse, Squats will finally make sense in 40K!

As a newcomer to the 40k scene i must say that out of the races listed above i only regret not geting a chance to play Squats.
