I'm looking for Dogs of war minis. Yes I am aware of Ebay and GW web sites, but I thought I would see what anyone has on Daakka since these models are no longer tournament legal. Looking specifically for
Pikemen (any)
Crossbows (any)
Giants of Albion
Desert Dogs
Oglah Khans wolf riders
Vanilla general model
cold one riders
Adding Cursed Company to the list as well.
Painted is fine. Models do need to be complete, unbroken, uncut.
I have cash, tons of bits, some WE,HE,TK,SM models if you would rather trade.
Thanks.

Luna Hound,
Can you give me quantities, condition and how much you wanted for each. Willing to trade as well. Please keep within reason. If you were looking for $5.00 per miniature as on GW web site, well honestly I can go there and buy new.
What are you looking for in trades?
WE,
HE,
TK - One box light chariot unit on sprue and current rulebook.
Empire - Metal Volley gun with crew, Metal Great cannon with crew. Primed.
SM if you are into 40k
Bits - let me know what you are looking for.

I thought I had a dialogue going with Iron Fist, but he is throwing a hissy fit, apparently because I contacted Luna about additional purchases.
I would steer clear of this character when it comes to purchases. He's very "sensitive".
Anyway still looking to purchase Dogs of War minis. Let me know what you have, and what you want to sell them for. I'm willing to pay cash, really. But I do need a price and I need to know how many you wanted to sell. I'm not a mind reader.
Apparently the price is top secret information according to Iron Fist.
In answer to Lunas question about how I price these.
I guess I would start with what do you feel they are worth and what did you pay for them? EX. If you bought them ten years ago at $3.50 per miniature then don't expect me to give you $5.00 per miniature. GW currently sells the infantry models for this army at $5.00 per miniature. I can go there to buy them at this price new and unused. If you feel they are worth more than $3.50 per model than tell me how much you want. If I can afford it I will buy them. If not I won't. As far as the other units go just let me know what you are looking for price wise. I'm not trying to start a bidding war here just need to know how much I am spending.
I don't mean to rant , but Iron Fists PMed reaction to me asking another seller what he had available and what he wanted price wise really ticked me off.
Luna Hound has a nice IG army for sale on the forum.
Thanks.

In my original thread reply I wrote: "[If I don't have what you want, I probably know people who do.]" Can anyone say that a person who would write that is pressed to sell their own goods? no.
For those who're curious, this is the "hissy fit":
With An Iron Fist wrote:Yes I do, and yes it does. You know how many models I have, and probably know what GW would charge retail. When you're done buying/trading with others, feel free to make me offers on units. Have a nice day.
The response:
Heavygear wrote:If you don't let me know how much you want for them, I don't know if I can afford them and I am obviously not able to buy them, without a price.
I wanted prices for each unit as I may simply not have enough to buy it all. You are keeping the price a secret after all.
I listed the units I was interested in. I have some of the models you listed all ready so I'm not going to buy all of it, no matter how hard you hold your breath and stamp your feet.
Were you expecting full retail price for used minis? Not trying to be rude (as you have been) but I can go to GW website and order them for full retail.
And before I could even say "What are you talking about?"
Heavygear wrote:I thought I had a dialogue going with Iron Fist, but he is throwing a hissy fit, apparently because I contacted Luna about additional purchases.

Given the explosive nature of Heavygears response, all I can do is suggest the moderators lock this thread and deal with said user in a most harsh manner. Pointing fingers, making things up, exhibiting signs of paranoia - this is the behavior displayed by a person who needs help. The kind of help that can not be found on this, or any, forum.

Right, I am going to lock the thread as I can't see it going anywhere except a downward spiral from here.
Anyone who wants to get in touch about these models can PM people.
Please would everyone try to keep their anger in check when posting or PMing. It is easy to misunderstand or misinterpret what the other person means.
