Take a Scar-Vet BSB with the Skaven Pelt Banner and stick him in a unit of 6x3 saurus. that unit will now get 40 attacks any turn it doesn't move thanks to frenzy. And when they Fight Skave(which I do a lot) they get hatred!!!

is it? That would mean the ONLY way to take it would be with a skink chief BSB, but even then you can still stick him in a unit of Saurus with spears. it would just reduce the attacks from 40 to 39, still sick, especially against skaven!!

The only problem is he's faster than the saurus so you could draw him out of the unit. That banner was a great a idea but poor execution.

No, you can't draw him out. He moves as fast as the slowest model in the unit while part of the unit, just like a character on a horse in and infantry block.

Note: D+ can take over 12 hours of driving in Canada. It's no small task here.

he is allowed to charge at his own speed out of the unit meaning if he is frenzied and faster than them he is gonna leave and eat cannon fire

Well, actually, he can charge out of the unit, but only if he is actually going to get into combat. So he will not eat cannon fire (though he will die in CC, because he will be by himself) Also note that Stand and Shoot will go into the Saurus unit and not the skink, so he will make it to combat. The remote other chance is that the unit he charges flees (from a skink!) if that happens then the skink would be out in the middle of nowhere, and then could be shot - but that really should not happen, I think.
