The Rhino is an integral part of every Space Marine vehicle pool. A fast maneuverable troop carrier the Rhino is an essential tool for strikes on enemy lines. What better choice then to turn the 41st Millennium into a current day reality?

THQ teamed up with Games-Workshop and the UK-Based Tanks-A-Lot to create the world's first real life, fully-working Blood Raven Space Marine Rhino!

Watch it in action on YouTube - Rhino versus Car!: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6PEU_201IfI

THQ is also running a competition to win a life size Space Marine statue!

To celebrate the release of Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War II, we’ve commissioned five ‘Life-Size’ Blood Raven Space Marine statues, and we’re giving one of them away to a member of the official Dawn of War II Facebook Page!

To win, photograph yourself with one of the Space Marine statues in a GameStation store, then upload it to the ‘Fan Photos’ section of the Facebook page. Tag yourself in the picture so we know who you are, and tag the Space Marine with the name of the store you visited.

On February 25th, the entry judged to be the ‘most entertaining’ by the panel in terms of composition, content and artistic merit will be declared the overall Competition winner, and we’ll deliver the statue to a UK address of the winner’s choice!

The five participating Gamestation stores are:

Hull - 59-60 Prospect Centre, Hull, HU2 8PW
Orpington - 79 - 81 The Walnuts, Orpington, BR6 0TW
Edinburgh - 134A Princes Street, EDINBURGH, EH2 4AH
Blackburn - 59-61 King William Street, Blackburn, BB1 7DJ
Stratford Upon Avon - 13 Town Square Shopping Centre, Stratford upon Avon, CV37 6AU

Mannahnin wrote:A lot of folks online (and in emails in other parts of life) use pretty mangled English. The idea is that it takes extra effort and time to write properly, and they’d rather save the time. If you can still be understood, what’s the harm? While most of the time a sloppy post CAN be understood, the use of proper grammar, punctuation, and spelling is generally seen as respectable and desirable on most forums. It demonstrates an effort made to be understood, and to make your post an easy and pleasant read. By making this effort, you can often elicit more positive responses from the community, and instantly mark yourself as someone worth talking to.

YO DAKKA DAKKA!

Oh, BLOOD RAVENS. I was about to complain because the engine wasn't souped-up enough.

I just saw the video earlier today, actually.. pretty jaw-dropping, I'll admit. I wasn't aware of the project as it was happening, more to my surprise.
