Hello,

I want to ask how you build nobbikerz and nobs for stormboyz.
Do you have some special hints for easy converting?

Regards

just add more bitz, the more detailed heads & weapons and maybe use plasticard spacers bewteen the legs & torso & arms and torso to bulk him out a bit. remember teeth are ork currency so green stuff plenty of these on too.

Check out my gallery here
Also I've started taking photos to use as reference for weathering which can be found here. Please send me your photos so they can be found all in one place!!

for my stormboyz nob, Im giving him an iron gob & some kind of power-klaw conversion using the PK from the regular boyz sprue & one of the stormboy arms. I think.

Depending on how much you want to do, I just used regular bikes and put Nobs on them (from the new box set). Simple, easy. If you want to get fancy, you can kit them out as "trikes", extend the forks, add more guns, and add more bitz. The easiest route, though, is just tossing Nobz onto regualar bikes. Yes, a bit weedy looking, but I don't run regular bikes to make them look like it.

I am currently magnetizing the waists of 5 biker legs so that I can swap out regular Ork and Nob Upper bodies. Not that you need to go to all that trouble but it save me from buying, building and painting twice the bikes.

For Nob Bikers I would suggest buying a set of the AoBR nobs off Ebay as you can usually find them on there for around $6.00 which is hella cheap. You'll have to do some converting but it's really not hard. I've chopped them off at the waist....rounded out the "NUB" so that it sits in the biker waist etc. It's easy enough to cut theiir arms at the torso and turn them to a position more suited for holding handle bars. OR if you'd rather, you can buy Biker arm bits off of ebay and use those. Either way, Using the AoBR Nobs and converting them is a really cheap way to go.
