I'm really keen on using this guy as a HQ choice so I can run dreadnoughts as heavy support and elite choices, but I don't think he comes in a blister or box pack. I'd like to know if he is legal in tournaments, and what parts and miniatures you need to make him with a servo harness and servo-arm?

With Servo-Harness? Easy enough, just use the Techmarine with Servo-Harness.

Voila!

Blisters do not, but the boxed set with the servitors does.

The idea is that it takes extra effort and time to write properly, and they’d rather save the time. If you can still be understood, what’s the harm? While most of the time a sloppy post CAN be understood, the use of proper grammar, punctuation, and spelling is generally seen as respectable and desirable on most forums. It demonstrates an effort made to be understood, and to make your post an easy and pleasant read. By making this effort, you can often elicit more positive responses from the community, and instantly mark yourself as someone worth talking to.

When I had my Iron Warriors/Iron Hands, I used some of the Tomb Spider bits onto my HQ. If I can find a pic, I'll post it. But a normal servo harness would seem to work well, too!

Just use a techmarine with some conversions to the servo harness
eg. if you want a conversion beam, i would use the direct only techmarine and convert one of the back claws using some small rods.
Necron guass flayer rods could work in a cone shape focusing the beam.
Just use a small circlular button as a base.

Interesting so could I just equip a chapter master with an alternate helmet with some tomb spyder arms and treat that as a servo harness? Do you know where I can get an ordinary servo harness from outside of the thunderfire cannon box?
