I have a question about Howling Bansheee Masks.

The Codex, says that the first round of an assault a model wearing a Banshee mask has Iniative 10 ....

At first I thought this only worked when I assaulted with my Howling Banshees, but now that I re-read it, I get I10 on the first round of an assault even if someone charged my squad of howling banshee, correct?
