A couple of nights ago I was watching Mastermind while painting (I know, I was thinking "spanker" too), and a 40+ Driving Instructor was talking about how he had to have better Instructor/Pupil Relationships during testing. He said how he smiled while they were doing their test, even when he was going to give bad news. In fact, he said that he called himself the "Smiling Assassin". Laughs all round for the presenter, but my skin went cold and hair stood on end.
