Going with your all Slannesh theme this is a great start. Masque is brutal and at this low points she'll completely disrupt your opponent. The heralds are fine it's just that the daemonettes don't have a command, weakening them in combat, maybe droop a few to make the block better. Fiends are great; fast, strong, and cool looking they'll make an opponent think twice before setting up missile troops and war machines.

See I'm comming from Tomb kings, so i haven't really been able to break the habit of having massive blocks of troops. But I'll look into it definetly.

By reducing your Daemonettes to units of 10 you gain some points for another unit or 2. Or to add a banner.
With the Herald they will have always strike first. The problem with Slaanesh is the Str3. If you wound then great and armour piercing helps. So you are really counting on your Heralds. If they get targeted then you will loose a lot of offence.
If you added some furies for screening and redirecting then you will have a few other options.
Alternately you can add some Seekers and get a fast cav unit. Move one of your heralds in with them and you can have a 20" fast cav unit that strikes first with 4(etherblade) +11 attacks +5(poison mounts) attacks.
If you can fit a 6th Seeker in then all the better. With only 5 including champ your herald does not benefit from look out mam rule.

I haven't played a lot of Fantasy, so I'm not sure what you mean by My Heralds getting targeted? In the units they should be relatively safe from shooting correct? and they dish out a nice healthy amount of wounds by striking first - and there initiative is high enough that I would think even If I hit something else striking first I'll strike first.

Some spells and some shooting models have special rules that allow them to select the model they are attacking. In close combat your champion and characters can select which model they are attacking (provided they are in base to base contact). If they attack the Herald who has a 5+Ward Save and 2 wounds. You can loose that herald very quickly. SO if you dont take out their champions and characters they may try and take you out.
And since other armies have always stike first and some even make you always strike last (Nurgle Daemons) you are not 100% garanteed that you will always strike first. If the herald is gone then you loose your always Strike first rule and your etherblade. Then your Daemonettes are done.
If you have a herald in a unit of 5 models with full command you do not get the benefit of Look out Mam (look out sir rule). You need 5 RnF models +champions or other characters to use that rule (see part 2 of the BRB FAQ and Errata that came out in February).
Knowing this opponents will target your heralds who are about as much value as the unit they are with.

Do you need the Etherblades? Ignoring armor is nice, but it's an expensive weapon, especially at this point cost. Maybe Allure or the Torment Blade might be better? I'm not sure. Trying to build one of these myself, so I'm genuinely curious.

At the low strength, almost everything that has a save is going to get it - so I want those things to be dead so that they can't strike back. I haven't had a chance to playtest yet, and it would appear that finanical reasons will keep my demons to warbands levels for some time, so I'm not sure that i'll have any input anytime soon.
