can a single troop choice model still capture an objective or do they have to be above 50%???

let me clear this up...if i had 10 eldar gaurdians on an objective and in the next shooting phase 9 of them get killed.
the last gaurdian passes the moral test and is still within 3"..so is he still controlling that objective??
