So, just in case no one visits my site, here are some pics of what I've been working on recently. Almost done, just have the firwarriors and the skyray left to paint, as well as the other 5 objective markers. As always, let me know what you think!

Smooth painting and very cool objective marker. The only nitpicky item I'd address is the armor and the skin tone is very close.

No earth shattering, thought provoking quote. I'm just someone who was introduced to 40K in the late 80's and it's become a lifelong hobby.

Very well done! Impressive "tau" urban camo.

I LOVE the forgeworld objective marker!

The models are devoid of sept markings, possibly by design. If so, what sept are they from? If not, throwing some sept markings on them I think would add a little more to already gorgeous models. Just pick a sept and use their color, I think almost all of them would work. Bor'kan might not show up too well on the blue, but I bet it would work as well as the others with the right touch.

Please check out my current project blog

Feel free to PM me to talk about your list ideas....

Believe me, you're not the first, lol!

Thank you, it's the Tau engineer with a technical drone. All of the objectives are engineers or pilots with Tau widgets adorning the bases, and there is also one wrecked battlesuit. With two months to go I think I have enough time.

They are from Sa'cea sept, but I'm not too big of a fan of the markings. I may get around to putting the decals on, if I get all the painting done. But thanks for the kind words.

Very nice, but I too have a nitpick:

Change the color of the rocks on the bases. Make the unit stand out a little more. The feet just kind of blend into the base. It's kinda bland.

I would have used a transparent stand too for the drone. I think that would have set it off more than the black post.

very nice indeed! It always pissed me off that the broadside railguns are NEVER molded correctly. They either are way out of line, or bent or some other bull.
