Here's a project I just completed for sale. I wanted to try out doing an alternative giant for WHFB. One that would fit in with a mainly Night-goblin orcs & goblins force. So I sculpted this humongous squig to replace the giant model, which I'm not a huge fan of.

The mini is unpainted, because the intent it to let the purchaser paint it themselves.

Looks great, a good job well done. Top notch sculpting.
Some constructive critisism if you want to read it.
I feel it lacks two things, a sense of scale and something to say that it is captive.
The obvious choices would be:
-Herders on the base or fanatics hanging off it from chains+shackles.
-Some kind of piercing, ornament or collar made from a 'human' sized weapon, shield, bone, skulls etc.
-Fleeing enemy/getting crushed (I realise that this will limit your market dramatically).
-Scenery, brickwork, statue, crates/barrels, trees etc

I'm sure that there must be a dozen more good ideas out there.

Keep up the good work and if you get painted/updated pics please keep us posted!

I would say that its a superb sculpting job around the face area, but the legs need to be shorter.

Under the Himalaiyan mountains

Thats freakin huge!!!

"I.. I know my time has come" Tethesis said with a gasp, a torrent of blood flowing from his lips.
"No! Hang on brother!!" Altharius could feel the warmth slip away from his dear sibling's hands

Tethesis's reached out his bloodied arm to Altharius's face.
"I..I have one final request"
Altharius leaned close to listen, tears welling in his once bright eyes.
"make sure th..they put my soulstone in a tank... it'll be... real fethin' cool"
"Yes, you're gonna be the most fethin' cool tank!!" burning hot tears streaked down Altharius's face, as he held his brother's soul in his grasp.

Standing right behind you...

Whoa crap, that squig's HUGE!
Perfect for an Apocalypse game of the sort, just wondering what they fed it.

That's awesome.

Any thought of putting a rider on it for laughs?

Thanks for the kind words!

I'm planning on building another one or two of these, and one of those will be hunkered down, low to the ground, with Night Goblins surrounding it, trying to hold it down with chains and nets. I'm thinking of using some of the older metal fanatics (the ones where the goblin is flying through the air at the end of the chain) to represent the squig-hunters who're being thrown off as the squig struggles to get free.
