As for the list itself, no one plays at the 1052 point mark, so you'll need to shave 52 points. Other than that it has some problems.
First problem is how many points your sinking into your
HQ units. There are 3 of them, one costing 250, one costing 185 and another costing 100. It makes up a little more than half your list in 3 models. This isn't good.
You only have 2 troops. A squad of
CSMs that is wasting 40 points for a 5+ save as long as the champ who is holding the icon survives. He will most likely be shot down with the rest of the squad as they exit the rhino or you'll lose the 70 points invested in him when he becomes the Greater Demon because I doubt you want to cripple your Tsons by taking away their sorcerer. The Thousand Sons Squad is pretty bad too. Tsons just in general aren't good in 5th edition due to cover saves being so prevelant. No one is going to just take a round of Tson fire without going to ground or something similar.
If you like Tzeentch a lot and haven't bought anything yet, let me point you to the Chaos Daemons codex. It will make a much better army based around Tzeentch for you and be easier to paint because you don't need a lot of clean lines if you don't want them, just a lot of washes and drybrushing.
