I have 2-4 flamer sisters to spare. Are the tau models painted? I need to check to see whether I need fire warriors, kroot, or piranhas more.

fire warriors are assembled but not paint, pirahnas are assembled but no paint, and a few kroot are painted.

That's okay, I did a count and realized I have more kroot than I know what to do with. I don't suppose any of the fire warriors have pulse carbines, do they? I need a bunch of those.
I have three flamer sisters to spare.
