I want to make a head from scratch, but I´m low on ideas ! Ideas are Welcome !

I know that the pics aren`t good, my camera broke and I`m using my cellphone for the photos.

What I really need is some Deamon Heads Ideas ! For the Deamon Prince I´m making from scratch.
Can Someone Give me some images ?

Another problem I`m having is, what should I do for It`s other Shoulder, Should I make some muscles, our spikes coming out of it`s skin ?
