got plenty of marine just doing nothing, so i might aswell get it painted and get some use from it.
so i was either doing BA or sallies (ill upload pics a bit later of 2 test models)
and it got me thinking, would salamanders use bikes? (simple enough)
would those bikes be ok if they were not bikes, but the new DE cold ones?
wanted to include something weird and random into the army, basic looks alone dont cut it, so was thinking that since they were amazing models i would try and get them into the army.
but would this be possible?

Well, the issue is not would they, but is it even possible for a cold one to support the weight of an 8-foot tall monster with metal bones and a suit of 3-inch-thick power armour, as well has highly explosive ammo and heavy weaponry?

saw some eldar on them, and they dwarf the eldar in size.

And they would definitely be able to support the SM's weight.
Earth's normal lizzy can lift many times their own weight easily. Wont be surprised if genetically enhanced aliens lizard can do better. Not to mention their incredible regeneration abilities.
The old lizardmen style would work. They're a bit fatter around the torso though, so you may have to get creative with how to get the marine legs to work.. Scale wise, the LM cold ones almost look too big, imo
