Ok I will be playing (hopefully) my first game of apocalypse in a couple of weeks so Im going through the rules. I have a question though.

When using the mycetic assault storm to DS my fexes, what happens if they land on one another? Mishap? Sounds kind of unusual to me? Will have more questions when I find out more. Thanks for any answers.

The standard proceedure for scattering onto a friendly model is to consult the mishap table. Is there some excemption from that in the assault storm rules?

I agree with Solkan, unless like Drop Pods you have some rule to avoid scattering where you're not allowed to, as thats the only way out of it.

I thought that might be the case, but it just seems kind of strange when its essentially one unit separated out. Well, no mycetic assault storm for me then.

We house-ruled it so that they DS as a single unit (and so scatter together) but operate independantly afterwards. It makes more sense from a fluff perspective. If you tell your fellow players i'm sure they will agree.

If we were to play each other in a tournament, not only would I table you, I would murder you, your family, every woman you ever loved and burn down your house. I mean, what's the point in winning if you allow people that don't take the game seriously to live?
