I was planing of striping my models with simple green and was curious if the liquid strait from the bottle was all i needed ?

Yup, but watering it down a little for BIG models wont hurt. I used one of the gallons plus another half full of water to strip a macharius.

ok then yeah just use that.

You can use laquer thinner for ALL metal models but it will eat anything plastic in a heartbeat.
