I agree heavily with Regwon, except for the Vindi. I like the Vindi in these lists, I've never had a chance to try one but I think they will perform very well if your area is heavily influenced by power armored armies. I'd say having lots squads of Noise Marines would be better, probably a layout like this.
(x2)
DP,
MoS,
LoS, Wings 155
(x2) 5x Noise Marines, Blast Master 140
(x2) 6x Noise Marines, 5x Sonic weapons, Champ w/ Siren in Rhino 210
(x1) 9x Noise Marines, 9x Sonic Weapons in Rhino 260
(1x) 10x Noise Marines, 10x Sonic Weapons IN Rhino 285
(x2) 2x Oblits 150
(1x) Vindi, Possession 145
This list eliminates the other mark units. You have great assault units in your Large Noise Marine units, they jump out of a rhino shoot all kinds of shots and run in at I5, the Champ squads do the same but probably only hop out and shoot a lot with the doomsiren after a lash to utterly devastate things. The Vindi will take things out pretty handily as well, while the oblits will take care of most of your tank woes that the
DPs can't handle.
