Start your auctions cheap.
OR
If there is certain amount you want add a reserve. Always consider what your lowball number is that you would take if it sold and start there.
Shipping....If still on sprue just use a sturdy cardboard box that is reasonably sized. If items are easily broken.....Use bubble wrap, paper toweling, or packing peanuts.
Just keep in mind that ebay is a world store and it's possible that many items similar to yours are up for auction.
Have pictures and auction description of what exactly is included in auction.
Good Luck.

For Ebay, just put a Buy it now on there of what you want for them. Put them up for about 35% of retail and they will be gone.
Buy it Now is your friend.

I'll agree with the buy it now, but if you actually want to auction things and you have a minimum price don't make it a reserve. When I see reserve it just makes me look elsewhere, as why must someone make it a secret what the minimum they're willing to accept is? Not only that, but the listing cost is no different. I've heard the same from many others as well, in short a reserve price is a good way to significantly cut down on the interest in your items. Since I doubt that's your goal I would advise against that.
Your prices don't seem that bad, but ultimately it's up to you decide how much you want minimum. The exception is the terrain, I've seen it painted quite well going for that much, so I'd cut it down to 10 pounds total for a start. I'd think someone would be interested in it for that price, considering it comes with trees as well. (I'm assuming those 3E box set trees, if they're nice trees however then by all means ignore me =) )
