Hey everyone !

I've recently been modeling up some true scale marines (only 5)

And i got thinking of using them as a killteam squad with additions later on when i have the parts.

But i dont know how to paint them what kind of scheme i want name logos anythign really,

I m looking for a loyalist chapter and thats all i have haha

So any ideas ?

Oh ps avoid grey at all costs ive used grey for too long now!

The quality of the modelling is a bit shoddy(crap) im still learning on the greenstuff front but im getting there none the less.



The DKOK is for scale comparison

Why are they silver, and why did you fill in the mouth grill? The upper legs look messy and the torso has no detail... I would work on the modeling a bit more before you paint. Sorry to sound harsh, but making "true scale" marines look right is hard.

Killteam:

-deathwatch. supporting other marines,imperial guard,inquisition.

-dark angels hunting the fallen.

-raven guard on sabotage mission.

-black templar crusade gone wrong. But still fighting.

Army:

-which primogenitor legion?

-use B&C space marine painter?

-size, fighting style?

I'm sure with 1000 chapters out there, you'll find one

why because i wanted to have a smooth looking helmet for stealthy kind of misions be imaginative

i couldnt agree more ! but like its been said ill make it damaged armourmakes the kill team look tough and hard as nails ! nig rusty nails ! haha

umm yeah they're just gonna stick as a kill team me and my mate play kill team often soo kill team it is, i have a DKOK army on the build which is going to be my main force !

Inquisition is the way to go for you then.

This color-scheme could work. Nice and easy to paint, so spare time to work on the marines.

AHAHAHAHAHAHAH ! yeah my typing is just aweful ! well thanks for making fun of me ahahahah that made my day!

I actually like that idea a lot. . . If I finish my tau army and am still into 40k I really want to model a SM army like that, with big protractors as power weapons and chaplains doing math on chalkboards and stuff like that.
