This is my current list that i am playing. Critique this please

Heavy: 456 pts
Deveastator- 206
-6 man
-4 Plasma Cannon

Deve Squad- 250

-3 Missile Launcher

I want to drop the 6 man dev, and the dread, and mechinize this list with 3 rhinos and a redeemer for the stern and pedro. just need to take the models. LMK what you think

Don't EVER put rapid fire weapons in assault teams. Lose the combi plasma. I play BA; I know these things well.

Consider plasma gun/missile launcher combo for some of the tac squads to give them more zip. I find flamers much more useful on jump pack troops and bikers myself.

Get power fists in those assault teams.

I don't know why, but I don't like the idea of a 200 pt dreadnought; they just don't seem that effective.

Two devastators with no transports is too static for my taste; they can get in big trouble quickly from fast movers/deep strikers.

I agree with most of this. He is playing with what models he has. Plan is to Mech the army at some point.

Yeah for some reason I thought it was a vanguard with the combi-plasma... oops. In that case, I'd consider losing the combi-flamers because flamers are tough to employ on foot troops.
