Ok so, very easy question, can walkers( as in vehicle walkers) and or monstrous creatures run in the shooting phase??
Second, is there some change in the deepstrike rule allowing deepstriking units to assault, or run when they enter play?

Armies I play:
-5000 pts
-2500 pts
Mechanicus -1850 pts |

1. Yes, both can run
2. Deepstriking units can run, but not assault in the turn they enter play

walkers move as per infintry rules, thus walkers may run.
Deepstriking units may not assault unless they have special rules that let them such as the Space Marine Vangaurd Veterns. However since running is a "shooting" action you may run to spread out and to avoid being template bait.
