This is what i have gotten so far, i usually drop the nurglings or the screamers and buff up other squads to get 1750.
Trying to increase my army to 2000, open for ideas.

I would add another Soul Grinder.

I've never had luck playing with soulgrinders, one stray lascannon can take it out before it's able to do much

They are the only vehicle in the list and I really only got because it looked cool.

#1 - I've found naked soul grinders are the way to go. They do far more just in HTH than they do (in general) with shooting.

#2 - With any assault-focused Daemon squad, bigger is better. I'd drop one of your plaguebearer squads to make the fiends 6-strong.

#3 - Screamers suck. Really.

a whole squad less of plaguebearers is one less objective I'll have.

The SG upgrades are just filler. what costs 55 pts that's worth taking instead?

Spreading out the mawcannon upgrades also leaks less with weapon destroyed results, losing 50 pts of upgrades in one shot

Could always work in a suicide squad of 3 x flamers.

I'd combine the three plaguebearer squads into 2 squads. Remember that squads can hold multiple objectives.

Combining the plagues into one squad, makin the SGs naked, and dropping Ku'gath to equivilant GUO (too many points for an extra attack and wound), would give me 150 pts to spend.

#1.) Could add 4 more fiends, making two squads of 5 with unholy strength, spending 130. 20 pts open
or
#2.) 4 flamers could be possible for 140. 10 pts open

If you dont like soulgrinders, then take 2 Nurgle Daemon Princes.
