I would like to use some of it for a conversion, but to be honest I don't even know if its solid metal or a just a plastic sprue. So if someone just bought one and has a camera handy I would love to see a pic.

That is the normal one, not the Herald. It's not quite right, though. The head comes seperate from the body, and the elongated part of the head comes seperate from the face and horns.
