all in all there are some apoc games comming up soon, and within reason we are allowed to add a special character / unit to our armies, since im working on a nurgle daemon army i figured a special GUO would be amusing to use.
so, i need a way of allocating a fair points cost to him.
the model for him is currently in planning as a scratch build with GS and should be around 12cm tall.

ok, for this i started with the basic ku'gath rules, and have added:

+1 WS, +1 S, +2 T, +1 W, +1 A.
so i need a rough point guage for those.

extra gifts added to him: gaze, instrument.


Codex daemon points cost for gaze and instrument: gaze - 20, instrument - 5



so far i have 300 points ku'gath base cost + 25 for gifts, now how much more should be added for those stats?
(unholy might is 15 points in the dex, but havent added that here)

T7 to T8 is a huge difference, because of the immunity to str4 weapons.

Do you have access to the Imperial Armor Apocalypse rules?

Scabeithrax (the forgeworld) great unclean one is over 700pts. But he's also a gargantuan creature. But using him as an upper bounds with your Ku'Gath as the lower bounds would help you out with trying to cost something. His stat's are a bit beefier than what you are suggesting.

What about 650pts?

Seems fair when taking the extra ownage into account.

650 sounds okay, with one provision. Everytime he performs an action, you have to reference Uncle Nurgle or a bodily function. Otherwise that action is lost.
