right, im having a slight problem i may need a little help with...

i not long ago spent alot of loving hours delicatly balancing and shaping bits and peices together to compose my trukk... but after hours of work im nearly finished.

now im stuck. i cant for the life of me think of a suting paint scheem for this thing!!

thats a pik of it without its undecoat, any sugestions to add or just comments would be great... but nothing tooo ambisious as my painting skills are limited! (to give you an idea im an BA collector and i can only paint things red... well and black/silver)

if needed i can upload more piks to give anyone ideas, but my camera died a few weeks ago and my pockets sadly arnt full of monet atm, hence no good camera...

looks ok but im not sure how the very modern looking wheels will look. they will prob look fine once you base coat

Naw those rims will look fine. Specially after you black wash um. Well you said your good at painting red? You sir are in luck because the ORks LOVE red! AND! its a vehicle! The red ones go fasta anyways! The way that looks, looks to me like the mek that built it REALLY loved his work. So try painting it red like you normally do, but in the front and what not, paint a nice set of black flames on it. Is that a plow on the front? cant really tell from the pic, if so paint in black a big ol Ork skull.
If you want to try your hand at colors other then the red hue, save it for the minis lol. Use what your good at

Nice. But why not just buy the trukk kits? Do you not like how they look, or did you want to make this one unique?

well why pay what £18 when you have all the bits and peices lieing arround to make a nice crazy unique one you can boast about.... and i was thinkin red, but then it costs more to feild.... and my main goal was just a cheep banger to run some boys close enough to bash some skulls in....

and the rims are ment to look out of place and stolen, part of the feel, and there also ment to be shiny as hell, but theyd never be like that for long, so i suppose i sould do something about them.....

any more sugestions for aditions or a paintjob? i was tempted to have grott riggers and have sone modded gretchen kickin about it, and theres a tool box bolted to the floor of the "carrage".

and sadly the big is broke on it.... but itll only take 2 mins 2 fix or make a new 2 to replace it. onw with a quad barle(duel duel not 4 in a row or on end)

as previouslt stated i was gona paint it, and iv made a start!

You could paint it red and not give it a RPJ upgrade. It doesn't say anywhere that it's illegal and even from a fluff perspective... whos to say all orks believe that red wunz go fasta?

IF you want to remove the chrome put the wheels in some vinegar it will evaporate in about 24 hours.

good idea, but there greenstuffed on, :S and i realy cba with the work, and ill just put a bit of brown paint on the edges n ink them up,

i like that trukk, its very 'original' your right about the whole thing about the trukk its soooo much better saving and showing off
