I seek the knowledge of experienced imperial tank commanders. Are pintle mounted weapons heavy stub/storm bolter and the hunter killer missle worth it on the LRBT?

I personally don't put them on, because they can't fire when the main gun fires. I'd put them on the LR Demolisher, because it can fire with the one other wep while you get into range for the demolisher cannon.

This is right on. Despite their lower armor, stubbers are better on Chimeras, where they are more likely to be able to fire.

As two additional points:

1) Never buy storm bolters for tanks: either skip the pintle weapon, or pay two points to upgrade to the far superior stubber.
2) HK Missiles are not worth the points you pay when compared to other options to supplement your firepower. (Although this may not apply to special cases like a mechanized list.)

Ok then what upgrades should I give my tanks? I think i give them a little too many with track guards, stubber, extra armor, and hunter killer. I think that's a little too much haha. Should i cut it down to stubber & extra armor?

I usually don't run ANY upgrades on Leman Russ Battle Tanks. Track Guards OR Extra armour is ok in chimeras, and smoke is good on almost everything.

Extra armor at 5pts is a MUST for every IG tank and transport in your army. When you are stunned, mod it down to shaken, and next turn, when you cant fire, you ram them. a russ moving at 12" ramming something gets a str9 hit on whatever it rams...

RAMMING IS FUN!!

Pintle mounts are lame in 5th edition in my view, can't even really fire them if you move, especially if you have better weapons to fire. The ONLY reason I can see of having them is to put an extra armament destroyed roll that they need to destroy your russ if they can't. I'm going off that whole immobilized + armament destroyed rolls to destroy vehicles.

This is incorrect. The IG Codex rule states you may fire "when the vehicle is eligible to fire another non-ordinance weapon," (p36) and even if it didn't say this, the main rulebook's "Defensive Weapon" rule (p 58) would apply. You can move 6" and fire a weapon AND the pintle weapon.

I have Heavy Stubbers on my Chimeras.

I don't put them on LRBT/LRD because i don't fire them enough. And Hellhounds draw enough fire the way it is.

So then should I not include them on my LRBT? But do put a stubber on the demolisher?

If you want your demolisher to be in close combat most of the time(which they are) then yes, but only use when necessary (ie. your demolisher cannon is out or you can't hit the unit you want to without scattering on yourself).
