Well it should be certainly doable as the daemons armybook is quite broken.
Imho a good general Khorne 2k-2250 layout would be:

-Thirster with the usual gubbings (hate, armor, str+flame, scroll).
-BSB herald with jugger (here's a big question if you want to roll with the sundering for magic def. or with the stubborn banner).
-2nd Jugger herald is an option but you'll most likely run out of points-
-3 Units of 'Letters of various sizes, 1 fully ranked with some magic banner and 2 support units seem ok.
-Couple units of furies if you don't mind the breaking of theme.
-2+ Units of fleshhounds
-You'd probably want to add 1 unit of bloodcrushers for a change of pace altough if you max out the fleshhounds you might not have points for
these as the crushers are very expensive.

I know three cruchers is like 300 points!! I do so like the flesh hounds and maybe a unit of furies wouldnt hurt either.

what's up man? I talk about starting a slaanesh army and you gotta go all "Blood for the Blood God" on me? What gives? Anyways, you're going to run into the same problems I'm seeing with starting an all slaanesh army: 0 flexibility. The Bloodthirster is a pivotal unit choice, he'll either win it for you hands down or will cost you the game. Bloodletters have 1 strength 5 attack with killing blow, making them hard target killers so they'll suffer from low combat resolution. Flesh hounds are awesome with magic resistence (3), 2 wounds and toughness 4 they're hard as nails to kill before they get where their going and they still deliver the pain with two strength 5 attacks. Bloodcrushers are hard as nails as well, but you pay out the ass for them.
At least with a Slaanesh army you have more cheese than a dairy farm to try and keep you in the game. With Khorne you're just hoping to get up close before he can shoot hell out of you and whomp the other guy worse than he whomps you. We'd both be playing with extremely low model count armies with T3-4 and poor saves. We'd both be dependent on our greater daemons to win the game, and we'd both be hamstrung sticking with one god as there would only be "rawr! I'mma kill you!" Khorne units for you and "OO! Hurt me bad boy!" Slaanesh units for me and neither side would have much as far as flexibility..

Well put Scott!! No you just talked about the Daemons so much i started looking too. I get ancy with WFB and my DE are pretty much done nothing else i can see me needing, not at the point values we play at. I was just wondering how well would a "Blood for the Blood God" army would work, i can try it with mortals as well seeing how they're mostly plastic. My biggest fear is no magic for a all Khorne army, if i have no magic or shooting it'll turn out into a bum rush army with the hopes of getting enough nasty critters there to do some damage. Problem is mortals may actually be cheaper to get into, and have more models on the table.

You just like shooting too much. Yeah, panic tests can win/lose games, but if you like Khorne you're going to have to give up on shooting and magic. At least with DoC you have easy access to a lot of magic resistant units. With WoC, Mark of Khorne only seems to give you frenzy which is more of a hindrance if you face any wily opponents with access to fast calvary and/or throw away units. If I did WoC, I'd totally rock Mark of Nurgle despite my general dislike of the pustulent dude..

Skulltaker on Juggernaut can be fun.

You have no magic and with the new way that Magic resistance works (you have to be targetted) you may not like the magic phase as much as you thought.

Obsidian armour can really cause your opponents grief.

Opponenet " I have a sword of everything"
Herald with obsidian armour "nope!"

Hounds can really make your opponent concerned because they can hit hard and then hold for a long time. Giving you a chance to flank with other units.

Putting you herald in unit of Bloodcrusher with icon of endless war can make a opponent ponder just how far you can charge (15-20 inches 14+d6). I have made a 20+ block of saurus run away with no attacks back. Herald+3Bloodcrushers full command (260points) and skulltaker on Juggernaut. Hit do 12 wounds and chase.

Just watch out for getting flanked it can really be your bane if you have to roll tests and are losing wounds because of it.

And the bloodthirster has to watch out for shooting. Big or small. 10 skinks can still cause wounds that make you roll and you only have a 5+ward unless you have obsidian armour or armour of Khorne.

What do you mean "IT MOVED?"

I have a friend who plays all Khorne Daemonic Legions (though he's been branching out and using other gods).

Basically he'll take, usually (I'm not sure how much this all costs, though he prefers 3000+ point games so he can max out on Crushers):

-1 Thirster, tooled out
-Daemon Prince, tooled out
-2-3 units of 16 Bloodletters
-2 units of 5 flesh hounds
-1 unit 8 Crushers (or something as close to that as he can - he'll definately go beyond a single rank--*always*.)

"Sir, the enemy has us encircled!"

"Most excellent. They can't escape us now!"
