ok, so this is just to ask you fine people here at dakkadakka as to what eldar colour scheme you would most likely buy off ebay.
the selection of eldar craft-worlds:
Ulthwe'
Iyanden
Saim'Hann
Biel'Tan
Alaitoc
please help
thanks,
-Jason

Ulthwe for me, I like the black and bone. Iyanden is a close second since it's a tricky scheme I would never attempt to paint myself.

Not that I'd buy it, but I think you're more likely to sell either Saim Hann or Ulthwe.

Iyanden ans Alaitoc are very fluffy armies, whereas both Saim Hann and Ulthwe have (almost) specific lists with unique units.

A Saim Hann jbike army will do well, as will a Seer Council-led Storm Guardian Ultwe Force.

ok, so far its a tough decision between ulthwe', and saim Hann due to gaming purposes. kinda funny how my friend (the guy who's selling the eldar, which im only painting and basing and getting 40% of the loot to fund my other myriad of hobby projects) was actually gonna paint them like that. keep the suggestions coming!
thanks,
-Jason

Honestly, especially if you're new to Eldar or 40K, I'd recommend a Biel-Tan force since they harness the most important power of any 40K army: The fact that all of their units are different colours.

But hey, that's just me.

my p&m-licious log!
and too give you a preview of what the saim-hann squad will look like fully painted, the heavy weapon platform operator guy will fill this role (minus finished base)

Honestly, if you're painting an army just to sell on Ebay, you're going to be losing money unless you are a super-master painter.

That guardian looks pretty good, but it's not a tournament-winning paintjob, which is the only way to sell painted minis at a good profit.

If you just like painting and don't mind selling your work when you're done then it's no big deal though.

Why did the berzerker cross the road?

Do you have the army composition, or are you just painting guardians?

ok, lemme break it down,
Squig_herder: thank you
willydstyle: if these eldar manage to make more than 140 bucks, my friend who bought them will be going pretty good considering he bought:
4 jetbikes 30 guardians 13 dire avengers 1 wraithlord 1 vyper 1 war walker 1 wave serpent and 1 grav tank, if that doesn't make at least 200 hundred bucks i will be gobsmacked (ebay you are a god send), it my photography skills pretty much obscure "EVERY" detail on the model.
Uriels_Flame: no composition just selling the models in squads.
and if anyone wants any updates, please refer to my p&m log,
thanks,
-Jason
