Heyyy, just wanted to get your guys opinion on my stuffz. i bought three stompas. im magnatizing ALL of them. they all will have built in speakers that hook up to my one ipod for a total of 6 speakers yelling crazy stuff from DoW Winter Assault (the yellings of Gorgutz)... currently have only one finished. most likely going to go pick up my other 4 speakers so i can finish another one tonight. and a 3rd in one - two days. ive also got green LED lights in the eyes for gaze of gork (skrew mork)... and lastly they all will have belly guns. as for my tank. i got a looted storm lord. so heres picks of my current stuff. ill also post my finished stompa as klaw stompa (ive also made EVERY weapon varient for kustom stompa... i went ballz out on this

why do I suddenly get an overwhelming urge to worship these and start a WAAAGH! ??

update: i went to pick up my other four speakers for stompas (2 for each other stompa) and the store only had one... i figure blah ill just go to another radio shack and pick em up... i get home and open it. and like the speakers are in there but the rest is missing (these speakers have pop outs for putting batteries in and a pop out with cords needed for it...) so it doesnt have these pop outs... so im some what irritated. got my LED for other stompas... cant finish my second stompa till i get speakers tho... so looks like im a bit skrewed till i can get these. ill keep building as much as i can. imma work on my submersible and third pulsa rokkit tho. ill start another thread for my scratch built stuff if yall would like to see my progress

The magnitized stompas are a good idea but the storm lord looks like you simply glued most of your bitz box to it and said im done.

but if you look up a couple posts i said im no where near done with the storm lord.... not even close

ya, like my skullhamma, as soon as you look at it, you see its ork. the stormlord. it takes like 5 seconds to realize its ork... it bugs me so im not done

Nice! I missed the link the first time I read the thread. Where can I get those soundfiles from? I know there's probably some way to get them out of the game files, but I only have the german version and want the english files.

oh i just went on you tube. typed in DoW Winter assault looked for ork stuff. and recorded it with my computers sound recorder i got like 6 diff ones. theres still more imma go back and get tho

i had the same idea of the speakers for my sisters of battle rhinos, so they could play hymns and such, cool looking conversion on the super heavy.

For some reason I think you should blast Quiet Riot from your iPod. That band always seemed like something an Ork waaagh would of dug up on some remote planet and just LOVED it and used it as the war cry. Anywho your mods are really cool and nicely done

thanks all for the comments. good news is that i should be able to get the rest of the speakers for my other two stompas tommorow! woot. as well as that i am nearly done with my second stompa (i got tired of waiting and built it but made it so there would be no trouble fixin it up. so ill post an update tonight with both stompaz mite also post a pic with all my super heavies

got bored waiting for speakers erlier. decided to make a data sheet for an extra shooty stompa. take a look, might make it 1200 points... seems more fair

as i promised here is an update of my two finished stompas (still have to add grotz and little gadgetz to second one actually. ive also posted then as klaw stompa and one with both gun weapons (that i would do for the sheet i made (look up)) so yeah. any thoughts? does anyone like the belly gun on my second one? i couldnt find any GW stuff to use so i found some really small pipe about same size as my first belly gun. and after i add grotz, gadgets, LED lights and speakers. i will be done with second one and can move on to third.... finally

not sure if anyone is still looking at this post but good news! i got the speakers and made my LED's! my Stompas should be done being built before sunday! on the third stompa its going to be my boss stompa. im going to put around 10 LED lights in it. and im taking the warboss from Assault on black reach and he will be in the head. it will prolly have a bigger belly gun and a different colored light in its eye. and more dakka!

Nice work....
One question... why havent you embedded the magnets into the hull and arms. It easilly done with a drill and some plasticards as support from the backside. I think the armsocket looks a bit odd now.

Otherwise I think the Stompa as a whole and the belly guns look great.
