Hi!! I'm searching the eldar standard bearers and mucicians rules. I got some miniatures few years ago but I never found the rules. In the Warhammer 40,000 Compilation apears the point cost for both but not the rules to use them. I know they help troops to pass some cheks but I don't know exactly the conditions to pass them. I'm interested to Know where those rules appears. Thanks.

In roguetrader a guardian squad was 5 man strong. On top of this you had the option to add a standardbearer and/or a musician, armed as the rest of the squad. This effectively made the guardian squads 5 to7 man strong. Support weapon squadrons were all independent with 2 crewmen, quite like now.

As such, you are rightfully entitled to use them as regular guardians.

They haven't had any dedicated rules since RT (when EVERY army (just about) could field SBs and musicians (leadership boosts).) or 2nd ed.

These days, only the imperium of man bothers to use flag-wavers ( or rebel grots).

Didn't the musicians become de facto Bonesingers? Although the rules are for 3d ed. IIRC.

Never saw Bonesinger rules.

Didn't think the hippy harmonica player was that spesh, ether - and I've been playing the pointy ears for over 20 years.

They were in one of the Citadel Journals.
