what is ur list like btw, cos i presume uv got boys(kinda impossable 2 not have any in an ork army) but as for takin them out to do any more than tell you that most people will need 2 know exactly what you got,
EDIT: hammer or choppa.... eather or..... or a rokkit loncha...

Terminators can be taken out with pure volume of attacks. You can achieve this with Slugga boys in assault (just make sure you charge them).
Lootas are your best bet for light armor..although they will have a real rough time with the Pred's front AV 13, and your opponent will likely keep his Whirly hidden away behind terrain somewhere as it doesn't need LoS to fire.
Outflanking deffkoptas are a decent counter for this, but they are a suicide squad. Hope they get the job done on the turn they come in or they're toast.
Otherwise - your only real heavy armor solution are power klaws which you should bring an abundance of. Problem is getting close enough to use them...running transports can help.
Personally, I run a KoS list most of the time. Either a straight battlewagon brigade with Ghazzy and a Big Mek with KFF(for the cover saves on the wagons) or two wagons (again with the KFF) and three trukks full of boys.
Throw a unit of 15 burnas in a wagon with the Big Mek (also kitted out with a burna) for some good cheesy fun with the mega flame template of doom..or use them as power weapons for those pesky termies/plague marines/etc..

You have options such as Deff Koptas and Kommandoes outflanking. Use Snikrot to assist the Kommandos in coming in on the right edge. Beef up the Deff Koptas with Rokkit Launchas, Buzzsaws, and other tankbusting equipment. Call this Mork, brutal yet cunning.
If subtlety isn't your thing, take Battlewagons with Deff Rollas and steam-roll through the Terminators and whatnot. Equip the Battlewagons with Zzap guns for anti-tank hunting. Call this Gork, cunning yet brutal.

I'm not sold on deff rollas anymore personally, especially with the updated INAT FAQ. Sure it's D6 S10 hits - which is awesome - but it's AP -...so those terminators still get their 2+ saves and will more than likely be putting their power fists in a very uncomfortable place come next turn.
Zzap guns...maybe you've got better luck than me..but that much randomness coupled with BS 2 seems kinda useless, but to each his own and all that.

The Deff Rolla is just there to crash into the Terminators, and to soften them up for the barrage of Boyz (or Nobs, whichever). If you're very lucky they'll attempt a Death or Glory! Even luckier and they'll get out of the way and your Power Klaw won't get bogged down with Terminators. Win-win. It's also good for difficult terrain.
The Zzap Gun on the Battlewagon is B2, but half the price of the artillery Zzap Gun and the mobile platform lets it get close. Not to mention the extra Shaken effect is handy. Even if you don't destroy the tanks, you'll quieten them for a turn.

Deffcoptas or buggies with twin linked rokkits. Preferably 2 units of at least 3 each. Some will die, some will miss, sometimes you can even have some of them left to hunt marines with. Spend your first turn running them around in cover to get attacks at sidearmour.

I disagree with units of 3 for Koptas. I stick to units of 2 with Rokkits...this way they are never below 1/2 strength and have the chance to regroup after they break
I aslo agree with BWs with Deffrollas. I run 2- one for my Nobs/boss/ KFF mek, and another for 20 slugga boys. The Rollas are great for smashing through enemy lines and getting to where you really want to be.
I have regular opponents who love 10 man termie sqauds. I usually aim both BWs w/ rollas straight at them and tank shock. That forces 2 tank shock tests and inflicts 2d6 S10 hits.. 4d6 if they Death or glory. Then I can disembark, waaagh and assault what I really want to- without having to deal with the termies...that is what my footsloggers behind the BWs are good for!

Suicide bikers for me. 3 bikers, a PK nob and a bosspole ensure the PKs get there on the 2nd turn.

This is where battlewagons full of burnas really shine. At the Kalm Before the Waaaaagh, (a local tourney), I went up against a SM list with 10 termies. Dropped the uber-tempate on them and managed to get 8 under the template as they were in nice little lines: 16 burnas (15 burnas + the Big Mek w/ KFF + Burna) x 8 termies = 128 hits. Goodbye termies.
It was beautiful...
