Hi guys,
Just got back into this kind of thing after about ten years away. By which I mean I'm all grown up and I can afford it all I actually started back again with the intention of just buying really cool individual models and painting them but a few quick games featuring a borrowed army put paid to that plan Stumbled across this site while I was looking for some painting tips..it seemed like a good idea at the time! Play both 40k and WFB although I'm still trying to settle on an army for each. It's actually a really tough choice because all the minis look so much better and varied now than they did when I was younger and I kind of want to buy and paint everything

Welcome aboard and what fantasy armies do you play?

Thanks for the welcome guys. Well in the old days I played Wood Elves in fantasy but I can't say they grab me as much now. I'm still trying to decide what I like the look of and fluff of best rather than how they play. Lizardmen or Skaven are top of the list right now though

Welcome for fantasy battle I would say go with maybe ogres for your first army.As they need a less models than the other races and they are really cool looking!
