is Interweaving a unit of 10 Orks with another Unit of 10 Orks so that half of the units are behind half of the other squad to gain a 4+ Cover save considered cheating or is it a legitimate strategy as a mass of Orks are hard to shoot in a place that would be Lethal... (instead of hitting in the stomach or head you may just hit the arm of another Ork ETC...)

My initial thoughts are No as it forces your units to be less mobile and makes the entire 2 squads a better target for pie plates and flame templates.

Some people might consider it to be poor sportsmanship, but at the same time, it makes the two units difficult to move, so I personally wouldn't make a big deal about it. I'd love to be able to charge two ork units at the same time with a unit of berzerkers
