At this point(as far as he got), he's more of a kitbash than a conversion, but there was going to be a fair amount of greenstuff work for cables, the horns on the chest skull, blinging out the right shoulder pad, Grey Knight lettering on the legs filled in, etc.

It's a mish mass part old metal warboss, part plastic chaos terminator, part hive tyrant for the power claw. Lots and lots of epoxy putty, and more to go. Gave him a beret to make him look more taktikal lol, and a big cigar because all great generals smoke big cigars.
Power claw was made from 3 scything talons, some plastic rod, and putty. The arm is a old choppa arm cut off at the wrist.

Torso was widened, and the height was increased between the torso, and legs. Gave him some custom squig stompin' boots, and a exhaust stack out the back. I've also got a small squig I plan on mounting on top of the torso, chained to the exhaust as his attack squig.

Basically it's supposed to be a over the top blood axes warboss in mega armor.
Here's a shot of one of the Meganobz with him. Mad Doc sayz legz is obsolete gotz ta have treads to krump heads!

In my mind, all im hearing is "i love it when a plan comes together" in orkish.

This model was converted from the Skrag th Slaughterer Ogre figure back in the late 80s. I liked the figure so much I painted it normally and converted it. Mt conversion skills however were (and are) woeful.

Behold.....Skrag the Space Marine!! If I was to redo this one i'd use a jump pack and not make much a mess of it. Be gentle

I'm likely going to regret submitting this but eh, i'v lurked so here's a thing. Please have mercy on my fragile soul

A priest for a Rogue Trader game this weekend. Sword arms a GK PA arm with the bolter trimmed off (and covered the area with a purity seal), the heavy chainblades just two chainswords. The flamer is an IG command bold pistol arm with bits of GK incinerator. Heads from the Empire Militia, body and robe is greenstuff, legs are IG.

EDIT: and my god does the paint need fixing now I see it this close. Ugh this is why I don't like taking pictures of things -_-
