He is not a boy - he is clever Gretchin.

He is responsible for two systems : Target Obliteration Processor and Guided Interceptor Turret.
Whole unit name is TOP GIT.

So, you know - that's very important role.

/edit: I think I just confused myself. Of course that driver is a Rokkit Boy. I thought you were saying it about that Gretchin who sits in the cockpit below shoulder mounted gatling.
