[inb4 you can't use tank company in GW GT, FLGS says otherwise]

I play a Tank Company with allied Inquisitorial forces, attatched file is my list for 1750

How does one with this kind of armor heavy list beat those of SM/CSM las spam
or
Dark Eldar/Eldar Lance spam?

The eye of terror.

Shoot first and get lucky. Try to have more tanks than they have anti-tank shots.

Honestly, if you're playing all tanks, and your opponent is spamming dedicated anti-tank, then you deserve to lose. It's the weakness that comes with the list because it's so much stronger against "normal" amounts of anti-tank.

Las spam is easy. Stick smaller throwaway tanks like rhinos/chimeras/hellhounds in front of the big Kill You tanks like Demolishers and ... Demolishers.

Lance spam, for legit armored company, is also easy. Take the doctrine that lets you ignore Lance effects for 20 points per model.

You'll need to learn how to setup your tanks so you can grant yourself a cover save. That will keep you alive.

The Eldar, more than any other army, should not only look at the output of each unit individually, but the synergy of multiple units together and their role in the force as a whole. - Fable

I second those recommendations.

Comparing tournament records is another form of e-peen measuring.
