Hello had an interesting situation come up the other day i had beaten a squad of necrons in assualt and the failed there moral test and ran a mighty 3 inches....
Now the question came up next turn when they where still next to the dead ones...What comes first morale check for rally or well be back rolls. It was important because if morale came first the group would be below 50% and couldnt rally, if WBB comes first the models that got back up may bring it above 50%.

WBB occurs at the start of the Necron player's turn, whereas the test to regroup occurs when you go to move the unit. In other words, WBB happens first.
