List # 1 is probably the most solid. But I would drop a squad of warriors for more immortals. Having 2 squads, even if they are small, makes them much more survivable.

I imagine you are staying away from Monoliths on purpose, so I won't suggest them.
I like the Immortal Heavy list, #5. I would do the following though -
Take out the Wraiths and the 2 extra Warriors and Put in more Immortals and/or more Scarabs. The Wraiths aren't ever a good buy for me, unless you have a Monolith to use for the Giant Teleport Move to get them across the field into combat quickly.
Also, 2 squads of 5 or 6 Scarabs can be better than 8, especially if you pair them with a Destroyer Lord with Lightning Field. You go run into a combat, you get all sorts of extra attacks as your Scarabs die, your Lord benefits from Fearless, and another Scarab squad gets to be a tarpit.
Even out your Immortal squads, the smaller groups will be easier targets, unless your are planning some sort of strategy that hinges on the uneven squad sizes.
Lots of people may tell you you need more Warriors for phase out, but I think having a Necron Count near 50 is plenty.
You may want to beef up your H. Destroyers, spreading them out to 3 squads. I always keep mine together anyway, and sometimes keep 1 hidden, so I always get that WBB.

Wouldn't list 5 have trouble with objective games?

List 3 has the best options for taking objectives, and a decent amount of firepower. I like that one. Couple critiques on it. 1 drop the warscythe. You have a veil. You aren't going to be assaulting when you veil. Actually drop it on any lord you're not intending to assault with. Losing the shooting to go from a power weapon to a power weapon that ignores invulnerable, and does slightly better against vehicles really isn't worth it unless you plan to assault a lot. Second, you either don't have enough wraiths, or you have too many. I use them, alot. Like someone else said, they work best with a monolith to cycle through, and get an insane amount of assault range. But bring 2 squads of 3, and a tricked out for CC destroyer lord (destroyer body, warscythe, res orb, phase shifter), or don't bring them. On that note, if you're not bringing them, drop one squad of warriors as well, and you can add on another squad of immortals. Its much more worth it.

I would go for list 4, but drop the Deciever in favour of a Monolith, have a Destroyer Lord with a Warscythe, instead of a normal Lord, (your choice of wargear), drop the Immortals for Pariahs, and add some Wraiths.

That should be pretty solid but you could have two Monoliths, they really piss people off!
