The whole point of an army profile is to show off pictures of your army and talk about what went into making the army and how it performs for you. To get an idea of what I'm talking about you check out either one of my two army profiles:
http://www.dakkadakka.com/wiki/en/Hivefleet_yakface
http://www.dakkadakka.com/wiki/en/Dakka_Detachment_1_Adepticon_2008_Tau_Army
So you can see, the goal is to show off a finished army with good pics and talk about the army. If you're just interested in showing off some pics of your army and getting feedback on your army lists and painting, then for the most part you're just better off posting your list in the army list forum and your pics in the modeling & painting forums as in both cases you'll tend to get more feedback that way.
However, if you do really want to show off your army then the first thing you need to do is get some better pics of your models. I looked at the links you have to your photobucket account and most of your pics are extremely small to the point where you can't even see what the models and the painting looks like and many of them are out of focus too!
So you need to go back and take some nice new big pics of your models that are in focus. We will host pics up to 10mb in size (which is HUGE).
Once you get pics like that uploaded, you then would want to add them into your army profile as Legoburner showed you, and you'd want to add any commentary you have about the units in particular and the army in general.
As it stands now, having all those links to another site doesn't really work as an army profile on Dakka. So if all that sounds like too much work let me know and I can help you convert that into some forum posts to put up in the modeling and painting forums instead.
