HQ:
Farseer w/ Jetbike, Spirit Stones, Fortune, Doom, Runes of Warding
7x Warlocks w/ Jetbikes, Enchance, Embolden, 5x Destructor, 2x Singing Spears
Troops:
6x GJS w/ 2x Shuriken Cannon
6x GJS w/ 2x Shuriken Cannon
6x GJS w/ 2x Shuriken Cannon
6x GJS w/ 2x Shuriken Cannon
Heavy:
2x Fire Prism w/ Holofields, Spirit Stones
[1494]
7 KPs, 4 Scoring Units
Does this list have these qualities:
1) Fun
2) Replayability
3) Competative
That is all I need. I want to have fun, not get bored with it, and still win. Does this have what it takes?

Well it looks like a pretty solid list. I would lose some Guardian Bikes for another Seer council. 2 bike councils is just brutal.
Fun?
If you like biker lists geared to win. and you find winning fun.
Re playability?
If you like smashing your opponent with fast jetbikes over and over then why not. but personally, i love running different "Fun" units at times.
Competitive?
Definitely

Looks great. All id suggest is dropping a destructor in favour of a 2nd embolden. 5 is too many anyways, to fit them all up front, in an effective foot-print style (nearlly I think tear-drop). And if your gonna take a few singing spears...you may aswell give your BS5 farseer one. I know you loose out on attacks but in CC, ws5 (Or 6) is good enough and makes little differance vs the majority of WS3-4. Where as BS4= 3's to-hit & BS5= 2's to hit. It does look fun, in its simplicity. If you wanted to make it lots more fun, drop one or both of the fire prisms and just try out different combos. The Troops & HQ are a great core, vs pretty much everthing TBH. The fire prisms do fill up the holes but for fun, fielding some Vibro cannon or Shadow weaver platforms, could be a great laugh! Likewise, you could try some min (or) max strength swooping hawks, would work well with the speed of this list.

Well, three GJB squads should suffice at the 1500 pt level.
I'd drop one unit and add some long-range fire support units, like a Vyper squadron with eml's.

Just a thought.
Why don't you drop a fire prism or two and add warlocks with singing spears to your GJB squads?
As is, your bikes will be quite fast, and closing into 12" to a enemy tank to chuck o' spear should not be that hard.
As an added bonus, a jetbike warlock is never 'shaken', has 6 beautiful bullet catchers next to him, and can let your squad reroll morale tests for only 5 pts.

I'd always try to buff up the Grauniad Squads, even if they were on jet bikes. So jet bikey warlocks, even you have to loose a squad.

Well, haven't tested yet. However, here is another list I can mess around with this weekend:
HQ:
Farseer w/ Jetbike, Spirit Stones, Fortune, Doom, Runes of Warding, Singing Spear
7x Warlocks w/ Jetbikes, Enchance, 2x Embolden, 4x Destructor, 2x Singing Spears
Troops:
6x GJS w/ 2x Shuriken Cannon
Warlock w/ Embolden, Shining Spear
6x GJS w/ 2x Shuriken Cannon
Warlock w/ Embolden, Shining Spear
6x GJS w/ 2x Shuriken Cannon
Warlock w/ Embolden, Shining Spear
Heavy:
2x Fire Prism w/ Holofields, Spirit Stones
2x Fire Prism w/ Holofields, Spirit Stones
[1499]
Based mostly on the above suggestions, actually. I think one thing that draws me to this list, in addition to its overall strength, is that I will need to model 10 Warlocks and a Farseer, which I enjoy.
As far as I can tell, the replay factor shouldn't be too bad. Each game should exercise my tactical abilities, which is more than my current army does. That and I love bikes, especially Jetbikes.

Looks good to me. Seems like you're taking "dang'd fast Eldar" as far as it can go.

I've got to ask why you would recommend the second Embolden in the Seer Council, Raz. AFAIK, the rules still only allow you to reroll a test once.

Basically it would suck like ass to be shot at by 20 bolt hits, make all your saves except for your one & only embolden dude.. then fail a morale check (lets assume you took 25%).
With two embolden powers you have alot better chance to retain atleast one of the embolden warlocks for the duration of the game.
Yes, I do know & agree that you can only use one embolden power per sqaud. As your only ever allowed the one re-roll of anything.

I see. I've personally always had poor luck with "insurance policy" models in my units. Every time, either they arent ever needed or they buy the farm at the same time as their counterpart.

1-0 vs. IG, currently. Going up against Ultramarines this weekend, so I will tweak it more afterwards. I must say, though, that this army is not plug-and-play at all. It was damn hard to do things right and very, very unforgiving.
