Its outdated wargear. No such item exists in the current 5th edition codex.

Like Red_Lives has already said, it's not particularly relevant any more, however it was effectively a piece of wargear that granted +1 attack, meant to represent important space marines who are entitled to terminator armour but weren't wearing it, but the bonus was built into terminator armour already and the honours couldn't be used to give somebody in terminator armour a further bonus attack.

Black Templars and Space Wolves might have some form of it.

Interceptor Drones can disembark at any point during the Sun Shark's move (even though models cannot normally disembark from Zooming Flyers).

Space Wolves don't, Black Templars might, not sure

Black Templars do. It used to be a piece of wargear you had to purchase, now it comes automatically. This is why Sergeants in the latest codex have 2 attacks. The second one is from the built in terminator honors. It is also why all terminators have 2 attacks base.

It used to be that having terminator armor automatically gave +1 attack. It doesn't anymore. This is annoying, as it ends up penalizing ICs who put terminator armor on as they lose their extra attack for their pistol.

Always 1 on the crazed roll.
